Below is information about a consultation regarding the development of Resourced Provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs, within school. This is to make use of the additional classrooms we now have, due to our contraction from three-form entry, to two-form entry. Please let me assure you that this will have no significant impact on your child’s education, but will contribute to the school’s finances, and benefit the school as we continue to pursue our vision of inclusive education. If you can find the time, I would ask that you support the consultation, by following the link’s below.

Year 4 went on a residential trip to High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre. We took part in lots of exciting activities, including an adventure walk, rock scrambling, archery, labyrinth tunnels, zip wire and high ropes. All the children showed great courage and teamwork throughout the trip and we had a fantastic time making memories together.

As I am sure most of you are aware, Ramadan begins soon. Whilst there is no compulsion for primary aged children to keep the fast, we know that many older children like to.
Consequently, we have made the following arrangements for lunchtimes until the end of half term:
Fasting Children in Years 3 and 4: to go home for lunch
Fasting Children in Years 5 and 6: to go home for lunch or to join Ramadan Club
Ramadan Club will run every day from 11.55am until 12:30pm. It will be run by school staff who will be providing a variety of religious activities, both fun and educational.
Please can you fill in the attached form to indicate which arrangement you would like to make for your child. Please return the slip below to school by Friday 3rd May.
You can also view the Ramadan Fasting Policy Below.

Children have had the chance to take part in a competition to decorate a giant egg (see the pictures below to view the children’s fantastic effort). Four schools are taking part and the eggs are displayed in the Kirgate Centre in Bradford. Our children have worked really hard to decorate the egg and we went with a theme of unity to continue with our recent assembly. It would be fantastic if all families and pupils could visit the Kirgate Centre in the Easter holidays to support our school and go vote for Princeville.
The winning school receives £200 worth of stationary which would be a great contribution to school.
PLEASE GO VOTE!
